Car Park Maintenance
We can help to keep the exterior of your premises looking clean and tidy. We can clear litter and other waste, sweep and/or washdown the car parks and walkways, (either mechanically or manually), remove moss or algae from pavements, benches etc, re-mark bays and other lines, clean down signs, remove graffiti and carry out minor landscaping where appropriate.
Exterior Cleaning
Whether your building is mainly glass or other materials, we can offer a maintenance clean of the outside of building as well as graffiti removal. This is especially helpful at keeping signage clean and visible.
Bird Waste Clearance & Prevention
Bird activity in and around some buildings can get to nuisance levels, causing unsightly waste and the possibility of spreading diseases. Aadvark can safely remove the waste and other bird debris and dispose of it in the correct manner, clean down and disinfect the affected areas and, if required, install prevention measures to help to stop the problem recurring.
Pest Control
Over recent years the raise in pest problems, especially rodents has increased dramatically. Any pest problem does not reflect well on a business and can lower the morale of it's staff. Aadvark can offer a pest control service tailored to your needs.
Electrical Maintenance and Safety Testing
Our fully qualified and certified engineer can carry out minor repairs and servicing to lighting and appliances. PAT and other safety testing can be carried out as required or on a scheduled basis.
